Attached are both the example essay template and my essay from last year in order to give and idea of what the ALT experience article looks like.
ALTs in the past have written articles with a wide range of themes from experiences, heartfelt goodbyes or messages to their CO, and even things such as poems and food recipes. How you want to write your own article is up for you to decide, but please keep in mind that your CO, the BoE, and other members in our respective communities will be reading these articles - so please use discretion!
The due date for this article is Jan 31st, 2012, and please have your supervisor send these through your school. Also, if you are getting your essay translated by your JTE or supervisor keep in mind they will most likely need sometime to translate it and will probably need to recieve your essay earlier than the final due date.
P.S. There are definitely better examples of articles out there than mine, so please check to see if you have the booklet from last year lying around to get some better ideas!
